This week on BTL, NEW YORK FOR THE WIN!  Bernie and Hillary get a real New York welcome care of the nation's rowdiest debate crowd, Bernie finally gives NYC lefties a happy occasion to rally for in Washington Square Park, and John Kasich continues his low key comedy tour of NYC by accidentally insulting multiple ethnicities and cuisines over the course of a few days (with bonus insulting of young women!).  Then, of course, there's the Trump delegate dramas - are we surprise this man's campaign is in organizational shambles?  And more!  Lots more!  We powered through the excessive heat just so you'd have something to talk about, so honor our sacrifice and click the download link!

This week on BTL, the candidates invade New York to make subway-related gaffes, eat pizza incorrectly, and in the case of known delight Ted Cruz, lecture New Yorkers about how terrible they are.  Luckily the feeling was mutual and after protests, walk-outs, and lots of general purpose heckling, it's now looking like he wont be taking the Bronx.  What a surprise!  Plus we've got Wisconsin and Wyoming election results, Panama Paper-mania, a Tour de Trump you wont want to miss, plus a rundown of what was and was not said at Sanders' infamous NY Daily News interview!  We're back together again on the left coast and enjoying the afterglow of National Siblings Day, which, naturally, as only children we celebrate together.  Say hi to Mom for us!

BTL #195 - The Bathroom Line - 4/4/16

This week on another bi-coastal BTL, Hillary goes full "Shillary" on a Greenpeace activist, causing the world's greatest photo (at left) to be taken.  She's super tired of being attacked for her record and is withholding any debating pearls of genius from the state of New York until we all agree to stop talking about it.  Things aren't going much better on the right, where all three candidates are now refusing to vote for each other.  It's a real race through Wisconsin and onto New York, where we assume Trump will explain which of the five positions he expressed on abortion this week are actually his.  Then we're on to a rundown of the GOP's slate of lesser-known presidential candidates, at least one of whom thinks God has cured him of leukemia three times.  Enjoy this primary downtime with us as your guides!

This week on BTL, we say goodbye to our favorite third-place winner, #LittleMarco Rubio.  After what can only be described as a totally predictable and fully expected loss in his home state of Florida, Rubio leaves the title of "Cuban" to Sen. Ted Cruz.  Also leaving the race is Rubio's ambition to ever serve in public office again.  See ya never Private Citizen Rubio!  Luckily the Rubio-less GOP has a foolproof plan to defeat Trump.  It involves claiming that they have a plan to defeat Trump and starting the hashtag #NeverTrump and the only thing you need to know about it is that it's totally going to work.  Right?  RIGHT?!  And then there's some non-election news for once.  Can you imagine?!  Remember those days?  Take a walk down memory lane with us!  All that and tons more this week on a new BTL podcast!

This week on BTL, MSNBC is shocked, shocked, shocked when the Michigan primary results are exactly what their own exit polls predicted.  Plus, this is the week we reached peak Trump: he gave us the best hour of television in American history not to be confused with the best reminder possible that he's a dangerous lunatic that must be stopped.  And Hillary Clinton might be channeling her Goldwater Gal past a little too clearly these days.  And of course we have election results, a look to this week's primaries, and polling galore!
